Guilty Intimates is a line consisting of beautiful bralettes and casual tees. Created by lawyer and fashion blogger Beverly Beal. This brand is a combination of everything she loves; from the feminine touches on every piece, to the garments being named after legalese she uses on a daily in her legal career. With the vision in mind of promoting self confidence in women all over. She feels that no longer should we feel guilty to be our true sexy selves. Guilty Intimates is for the woman living her life guilt free.
What are Guilty Intimates hours?
You can email us during our business hours. We are located on the east coast in the fashion capitol, NYC. Our support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
How do I create an account?
Simply select My Account on the Guilty Intimates website homepage. Enter your email address and create a password and your account is created.
How do I reset my passcode?
You can change your password with these quick and simple steps. Once on Guilty Intimates, click on LOGIN. Once you’ve arrived at the Login page click on Forgot Password. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to sign up for your Guilty Intimates account. After you’ve entered into your email address click SUBMIT. After you've submitted your email address, you'll receive an email from Guilty Intimates with a link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email within a couple minutes, please check your junk mail or spam folder.

What shipping options are available?
We ship domestic and internationally. Domestic shipping can take from 3 – 5 business days. International shipping options vary depending on country, please email us email@example.com for my details.
What happens if my package is lost?
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders and DHL for all international orders, which provides secure and easy trackable shipping methods, if your package gets lost in transit we will assist you in locating it. However, once proof of delivery is completed we will not be held responsible for any packages that may have been lost or stolen.
What is your Return Policy?
Guilty Intimates wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that bra sizes can vary, so refunds and exchanges are allowed on full price items only (sale items are non-refundable). For a full refund items must be returned to us within 5 business days. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. You will only be refunded for the garment price minus the shipping cost.
Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging. We can refuse to refund your items if tags have been removed and items have been worn.
How soon will my return/exchange be processed?
Customers are responsible for shipping back to us. All returns are processed within 3 business days from the day we received them. If you're receiving a full refund back onto your original form of payment, please allow another 3-5 business days for the total amount to show up on your bank statement. As for exchanges once we receive your item, your exchanged item will be shipped within 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.

To keep your intimates in the same condition as it was when purchased. Do not put bras in the washing machine. Do not put bras in the dryer. Hand wash in cool water and line dry only. We also recommend that you don’t dry clean, iron, bleach or tumble dry your Guilty Intimates.
All of our intimates are tagged with our signature logo, do not pull or tear the tag off of the garment. The best way to dispose of the tag is to cut the tag off with scissors.
